• Transparently maintain condominium records in accordance with the Condominium Act of Ontario.

• Prepare newsletters and other communication for residents.

• Review and update all insurance policies and maintenance schedules regularly to ensure relevance and compliance.

• Liaise with the Corporation’s legal, auditing, and other professional services as required, ensuring a seamless management experience
